Job Summary

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing electrical system concepts and guiding projects from initial design through to manufacturing and commissioning. Your daily tasks will involve creating detailed production documents, including circuit diagrams, bills of materials, cable lists, and terminal lists, primarily using EPLAN. You'll also assist in designing control cabinet layouts and ensure all designs comply with current construction guidelines, standards, and customer specifications. This role requires close collaboration with mechanical design, measurement, control, and regulation technology teams, as well as switchgear manufacturing. After commissioning, you will be responsible for revising circuit diagram entries and preparing final project documentation.
