Job Summary

As a Software Product-Package Lead, you will be instrumental in guiding a software project team, comprising development and test/verification engineers. Your daily responsibilities will include planning and distributing tasks to team and product owners, establishing KPIs for performance monitoring, and representing the software project internally and externally to clients and authorities. You will also conduct Change Management Boards, define necessary infrastructure like licenses and project-specific tools, and be responsible for creating planning and approval documents in accordance with RTCA DO-178C. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or electronics, who possesses proven experience in complex system software development, software verification, and team leadership.
