Job Summary

The successful candidate will join the Department for Teaching and Learning (UTL) at ETH Zurich to shape engaging learning processes for students and faculty. This role focuses on promoting coaching competencies and interdisciplinary skills through the PBLabs initiative, which is dedicated to anchoring and advancing Project-Based Education (PBE). Day-to-day tasks involve designing, implementing, and evaluating training and workshops, including developing new formats and enhancing existing ones. A core responsibility is coaching individuals and teams through learning and innovation processes, alongside creating comprehensive teaching and learning materials in analog, digital, and interactive formats.
