Job Summary

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual passionate about ensuring the highest quality in confectionery products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough examinations of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, meticulously recording results, and managing product releases or holds within SAP. Key responsibilities also include performing hygiene inspections, microbiological controls, and overseeing the calibration and validation of testing equipment. You'll contribute to product development by assisting with analytical problem-solving and creating new analysis procedures. The ideal candidate will have a background in laboratory work, basic knowledge of food analytics, and proficiency in MS Office, ready to work in a three-shift system within a supportive team environment.
