Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for accepting, processing, and documenting IT incidents and service requests. Your day-to-day will involve providing IT support by handling various tickets, including incident, service request, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Break & Fix. You'll answer technical questions, offer initial solutions to IT challenges, and assist with the installation and initial configuration of a wide range of devices such as desktops, notebooks, tablets, printers, and mobile hand scanners. Additionally, you will support colleagues with IT component setups and dismantling during office relocations.
