Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity for a university graduate to drive digital transformation within the Federal Office of Public Health (UFSP), specifically focusing on healthcare professions. The trainee will be responsible for identifying and implementing digitalization opportunities for internal processes, such as the recognition of foreign diplomas and accreditation of advanced training cycles. Key tasks include optimizing internal knowledge management systems using new technologies, supporting the digital transformation of the "Future of Medical Education" platform, and creating digital communication content (e.g., short videos). This role offers real-world impact at the intersection of health, policy, and education, allowing the trainee to gain professional experience while applying innovative ideas and technical skills to automate workflows and enhance external communication.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Public Management, Economic Informatics, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Professional experience applying new technologies and possibilities in the healthcare sector

- Demonstrated ability to extract elements from complex processes and present them clearly to third parties
