Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Manager to lead the "Particle Technology" innovation unit, encompassing both laboratory and technical center operations. The successful candidate will leverage their strong background in solid-state and/or electrochemistry to drive the development of new and innovative products and manufacturing processes, particularly in the "Battery Materials" sector, focusing on iron oxides, iron phosphates, and ferrites. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing research and development activities, ensuring precise data collection, and championing workplace safety and health.
