Required Skills
Education
Civil Service qualification for career group 2, first entry-level, for general administrative service OR Second Administrative Examination OR University degree in Law, Economics, Administrative Sciences, Social Sciences, Educational Sciences, or Statistics.
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative service (public administration) or a related field
- Experience in project planning and implementation
- Experience in data-driven analysis and conceptual development
Languages
Additional
- Interest in Hagen's school policy; High degree of initiative; Strong communication skills; Good time management; Willingness to acquire Allris and SAP knowledge if not already possessed.
