Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Wind Turbine Service Technician to join a growing wind energy department, providing essential services across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of complex wind turbine systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine service and preventative maintenance, executing repair measures on electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic components, and meticulously documenting all completed work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding industry, requiring flexibility for travel and extended assignments, making it ideal for adventurous and physically fit individuals with a strong technical background.
Required Skills
Education
Vocational training in electronics, mechanics, or mechatronics
Experience
- Completed vocational training in electronics, mechanics, or mechatronics (e.g., Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic) or other relevant craft-based training
- General mechanical knowledge and skills
- Ability to work at heights and physical fitness
- High degree of flexibility regarding assembly activities and extended deployment times
- Driver's license, preferably Class 3 or BE
