Job Summary

The Bavarian State Ministry for Housing, Construction and Transport is seeking a Digitalization Officer to join its "Digital Transformation" department. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of digitalization within the ministry, focusing on end-to-end digitalization of administrative services in line with the Bavarian Digital Act and the Online Access Act. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying, prioritizing, and strategically managing digitalization projects, supporting departments in defining requirements and optimizing processes with modern digital tools, and coordinating with internal and external service providers.
