Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Administrator who will independently manage IT operations across multiple sites in the Southern region of Germany (Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg). The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining Windows Server operating systems (2019, 2022) and client systems (Windows 10/11), including server services like File, Print, and Network. Day-to-day tasks involve providing comprehensive hardware and software support to users, troubleshooting peripheral issues, and assisting the helpdesk with ticket resolution. The position requires a strong technical understanding, excellent service orientation, and the ability to handle complex tasks and participate in IT projects, ensuring the implementation of uniform IT standards across all locations.
