Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science (Bachelor's level or equivalent), or a completed vocational training with equivalent further qualification (e.g., Certified HR Specialist)

Experience

  • Professional experience with a common Human Resources Management System
  • Professional experience in developing and implementing projects, particularly in the HR sector
  • Knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law (advantageous)
