Job Summary
This role is for a Media Technician / Service Technician specializing in fixed installations, based in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, assembly, and commissioning of media technology systems, including calibration and measurement of audio, video, and control systems. Day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting, maintenance, program adjustments for digital signage and control systems, and conducting software/firmware updates. A key part of the role also includes training users on the systems. The position requires a background in IT system electronics or a related field, practical experience with audio/video equipment, and strong problem-solving skills. Completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician or comparable qualification (e.g., Specialist for Event Technology, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Media Designer for Image and Sound, Sound Engineer)
