The Deutsche Bundesbank is seeking three Team Leads to spearhead the development of future central bank money, specifically focusing on Wholesale Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). These roles involve leading interdisciplinary teams of 5-10 experts, collaborating with national and international partners, and actively shaping the Euro's digital future. Depending on the team's focus (Exploration, Long-term Solution, or Technology), responsibilities range from leading explorative projects and designing Proof-of-Concepts to developing strategic target pictures for European financial market infrastructure and overseeing the technical architecture and development process of wCBDC. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, relevant professional experience in financial sector digitalization, and expertise in new technologies like DLT/Blockchain.
