Job Summary

As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in guiding and coaching an agile team, facilitating key Scrum events like Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. A core part of your role involves identifying and actively resolving impediments that hinder team progress, working closely with the organization to foster solutions. You will also contribute to the transition from a project-based to a line organization and engage actively in the Scrum Community of Practice. This role is ideal for a certified Scrum professional with a strong understanding of agile frameworks, technical knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills, offering a chance to drive agile transformation in a dynamic environment.
