This role involves overseeing and managing the performance and claims for technical building equipment (TBE) across a national real estate portfolio. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that service providers meet agreed-upon quality, availability, and economic standards. A key part of the role is establishing a robust claims management system to address deviations effectively. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and evaluating TBE service provider performance for over 150,000 main equipment units, developing KPI and SLA systems, and reviewing service provider performance. The role also entails managing complex, strategic projects and leading sub-projects within larger strategic programs, providing technical guidance to project team members.
