Job Summary

This role is for an analytical and user-centric individual passionate about improving digital products through data-driven insights. The UX & Web Analyst will be a key contributor, planning, conducting, and evaluating UX analyses and user surveys. They will develop data-based recommendations for optimizing digital products and interfaces, analyze user behavior using quantitative and qualitative data, and conduct usability tests, A/B tests, heatmaps, and clicktracking. Collaborating closely with UX design, development, and strategy teams, the analyst will ensure solutions are based on genuine user needs. This position offers the autonomy to drive initiatives and work within a supportive, interdisciplinary team, presenting findings and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
