Finmas, a digital partner within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, is seeking two dedicated Customer Success Managers for platform solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding partner Sparkassen (German savings banks) through the implementation and optimal utilization of digital platform solutions, particularly for real estate financing. Your day-to-day will involve creating informational materials and sales presentations, managing on-site and remote implementation projects, and actively collecting feedback to drive product improvements. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape innovative digital solutions within a dynamic FinTech environment, contributing to the future of real estate financing and the 'Living & Housing' ecosystem. The role is based in Berlin with a hybrid home office model and offers significant potential for personal development.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or banking apprenticeship plus relevant professional experience
Experience
- Experience in the real estate and financial sector, ideally with Sparkassen
- Professional experience in project management

- Motivation to co-design innovative digital solutions
