Job Summary

This role involves significant responsibility as a project leader and client representative within facility management, primarily focusing on electrical systems. Day-to-day, you'll manage planned and emergency maintenance, specifically planning, tendering, and implementing electrical supply and distribution systems in buildings and their infrastructure. This includes overseeing the entire project lifecycle from tendering to commissioning and billing. You will also monitor electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements and manage the lifecycle of technical systems, steering renewals with an eye on energy efficiency, environmental impact, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or energy technology, with proven professional experience in project leadership and operational maintenance of both high and low voltage systems.
