The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second-level support across multiple company locations, utilizing a ticketing system to manage server administration for Linux/Windows VM-based private cloud infrastructure. The position also involves planning and implementing IT projects, as well as assisting with first and second-level support for hardware and software management, user rights administration, and network configuration/troubleshooting (SDWAN/LAN/VoIP).
