Job Summary

As a Junior Consultant in Customer Experience & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on end-to-end CX and transformation projects. Your daily tasks will involve applying creative techniques and innovative tools to design solution concepts for CX strategy, service and value proposition design, CX organization, and CX measurement. You will also support the development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives within organizational, process, and system landscapes. Utilizing qualitative and quantitative analyses, you'll identify optimization measures to enhance customer interactions.
