Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated Doctoral Researcher in Business Administration to conduct independent scientific research within a sub-field of economics. The successful candidate will actively represent the department by teaching two hours per week and providing minor organizational support. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree, Diploma, or equivalent in an economic science study program with a good grade. For foreign degrees, proof of recognition in Germany is required. Established doctoral topic and supervision at a partner university are essential. Involvement in a research project or doctoral program (ideally through the Joint Doctoral Program in Riga) is also required.
