Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd-level IT support, addressing a wide range of technical issues and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You'll be the first point of contact for users, performing initial troubleshooting, resolving common problems independently, and escalating complex issues to specialized teams. Key responsibilities include installing and configuring IT workstations, managing standard applications and hardware, and administering user accounts in Active Directory.
