Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrician for Industrial Engineering, HVAC System Mechanic, or similar; OR Completed degree in Building Services Engineering, Engineering, or Facility Management

Experience

  • Several years of relevant practical experience
  • Professional experience in technical and infrastructural team leadership
  • Experience in economic efficiency and budget control for facility management contracts
