The successful candidate will provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for internal services, coordinate external service providers for support and projects, and maintain the internal knowledge base and documentation. This position requires a strong background in Microsoft environments (Windows Clients and Servers, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, MS 365 / Azure) and ideally experience with Linux/Unix, networking, storage, and scripting for system operations.   • Experience with on-call duties for Go-Live dates and out-of-hours maintenance
