Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to users across the entire district hospital, serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts and access rights within the hospital network, overseeing software and patch distribution to ensure systems are up-to-date, and administering the server infrastructure to maintain stability and security. The specialist will also manage the Citrix environment, administer the Hospital Information System (KIS) in collaboration with vendors, and support other medical systems like PACS and dictation systems. This position offers the opportunity to work in a critical healthcare IT environment, ensuring essential systems run smoothly and securely.
