Job Summary

This role involves taking on all operational tasks as part of the ServiceNow Platform Team, including daily instance checks, evaluating and resolving communications records and health findings, and patching. The successful candidate will implement and configure new interfaces to third-party systems, ensuring their monitoring and further development. They will also be responsible for conceiving and independently implementing technically complex ServiceNow system components, or doing so with external partners. Key responsibilities include acting as a System Manager for platform operations, integrating modules into the overall ServiceNow system, and managing internal and external developers for projects. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with JavaScript or similar scripting languages and web technologies, and a high degree of responsibility and organizational talent.

Experience

  • Professional experience in JavaScript or comparable scripting languages and web technologies
  • Professional experience with relational databases (SQL)
  • Professional experience in conceiving and developing cross-system interfaces (desirable)
  • Professional experience in IT Service Management (ideally ITIL Foundation Level)
