Job Summary

As the Head of VAT, you will lead the company's VAT function, ensuring full compliance with Value-Added-Tax regulations across all operating jurisdictions. This executive role involves shaping and executing the company’s VAT strategy, managing risks, and providing expert VAT advice to business operations. You will be instrumental in driving the digitalization path and optimizing related processes. Key responsibilities include managing internal VAT advisory support, developing and implementing VAT strategies, ensuring timely and accurate filings, monitoring new VAT legislation, and leading a dedicated VAT team. The ideal candidate will possess an academic degree in tax, economy, or law, ideally be a Certified Tax Consultant, and have over 7 years of experience in VAT. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, along with fluent English, are essential for success in this role.
