Job Summary

This role is for a technically skilled professional to provide 2nd level support for Windows and/or Linux environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering systems, analyzing and resolving technical issues in IT infrastructure (networks, servers), and contributing to the planning and development of system and network architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and collaboration solutions like Office365 and MS Teams.
