Job Summary

This role is for a technically skilled professional to provide 2nd level support for Windows and/or Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. Key responsibilities also include supporting the planning and implementation of system architectures, performing error analyses, and collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support teams. The ideal candidate will possess current knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructures, and collaboration solutions like Office365 and MS Teams.
