Job Summary
This role is for an Electrical Engineer or Electrician specializing in PLC programming, focusing on the development and optimization of PLC application programs for milling and mixing plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking on the role of Responsible Electrical Engineer (VEFK), providing technical support for new production facility projects, and selecting and parameterizing suitable sensor technology. Key responsibilities also include independently performing control and electrical maintenance on production and supply systems, maintaining technical documentation, and conducting regular inspections and maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to work within a long-standing family-owned company, contributing to the core operations of a leading supplier in the industrial fillers and pigments sector.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, or an electrical vocational training with further qualification as a Technician or Master Electrician
Experience
- Experience in planning, development, and programming of PLCs using Siemens TIA-Portal and Siemens SIMATIC
- Experience in programming HMI panels with WinCC / V-Base
- Experience in networking automation, drive, and visualization software with fieldbus technology
- Experience in parameterizing frequency converters
- Experience in independent fault analysis and troubleshooting of existing control systems
- Professional experience in maintenance of industrial plants (ideally)
