IT Service Technician with Field Service | IT-Servicetechniker mit Außendienst (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Service Technician who will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and implementation of IT projects, as well as handling second-level support tickets both remotely and on-site. You will collaborate across departments, manage new and existing client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing development of IT solutions for the TELCAT Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT system houses, expertise in Microsoft environments including Microsoft 365 Cloud and virtualized systems, and good knowledge of IT security and network infrastructure.
