Job Summary

This 24-month Trainee program is designed for aspiring leaders eager to immerse themselves in the German glass industry. You will spend 18 months rotating through three of eight German glass plants and central departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of production processes. The following 6 months will be dedicated to specialization in a chosen area, allowing for in-depth skill development. You will manage challenging projects independently with mentor support, preparing you for a responsible leadership position in one of the German plants upon completion. This role is ideal for technically minded, flexible individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to take on significant responsibility early in their careers.
