This role involves providing crucial customer support as an Electrical Engineer, focusing on the creation of wiring diagrams, system handover to clients, and training of operating personnel. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and implementing solutions for system malfunctions based on analysis, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. A key aspect of this role is regular international travel, with approximately 6-7 assignments per year, each typically lasting 1-2 weeks on-site. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Electrician, Industrial Mechanic, Process Mechanic) and further education as a state-certified Technician.
Experience

- Experience in customer training and support
