Job Summary

This Engineering Manager role is for a professional passionate about leading and developing high-performing platform teams, initially focusing on hands-on technical contributions to deeply understand the system, then transitioning to people management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the backend architecture, maintaining and evolving the shop monolith, and developing tooling for efficient backend service management. Key responsibilities also include maintaining and improving mailing services and supporting project-based Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
