Job Summary
This role is for an engaged professional to support the internal administration and actively contribute to the digital transformation of a modern tax advisory firm. The specialist will primarily act as a problem-solver, identifying and independently addressing technical or organizational challenges faced by employees. Day-to-day tasks include supporting internal administration, implementing digital solutions, managing master data, and organizing interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a commercial background, ideally in tax, or relevant experience in a tax advisory firm, coupled with strong DATEV software skills. This position offers thorough onboarding, flexible working hours, and a collaborative team environment, making it suitable for re-entrants to the workforce. It's an on-site role, requiring a structured, reliable, and team-oriented approach.

Completed commercial training, ideally in the tax field, or a degree in Business Administration (BWL)
Experience
- Professional experience in a tax advisory firm is beneficial
- Experience supporting colleagues with technical and organizational issues
