The successful candidate will advise clients on technical building equipment, create integrated plans and calculations, and coordinate interfaces with building construction. Responsibilities also include assisting with subcontractor awards, preparing tender documents, instructing executing companies, and conducting on-site quality controls. The position ensures professional and timely execution in collaboration with the construction manager and provides technical support for all project participants regarding technical building equipment (TGA).
