Job Summary

This role involves advising clients on the planning and implementation of modern IT projects, with a strong focus on Microsoft Server and Microsoft 365 environments. Day-to-day tasks include setting up Microsoft 365 environments, from Exchange Online to SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, as well as managing compliance and security features and Entra ID. The technician will also implement and support third-party security products like HORNETSECURITY, conduct migrations of Microsoft Exchange Servers, and ensure their ongoing maintenance. Developing custom SharePoint solutions and providing practical training, both internally and externally, are also key responsibilities. This position offers the opportunity to continuously develop technical skills in a client-facing role, providing second-level support and acting as a reliable point of contact.
