Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and environmental control within a leading pharmaceutical company in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm. The specialist will be responsible for conducting crucial particle and microbiological measurements in cleanrooms, hygienic zones, and gases across the entire facility. Key tasks include sampling pure media, performing active air germ and surface measurements in aseptic and solid production, and meticulously documenting all monitoring activities in compliance with GMP regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a technical or scientific background, significant experience in GMP-regulated environments, and practical expertise in aseptic manufacturing and/or hygiene monitoring. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical/scientific vocational training or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- Experience in different hygiene zones and associated requirements (behavior, clothing, etc.)
- Several years of practical experience in aseptic manufacturing and/or hygiene monitoring in a GMP-regulated environment
- Experience in conducting particle measurements in cleanrooms
