Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) with Trainer Aptitude Examination (Ausbildereignungsprüfung) in the relevant field of electrical engineering.
Experience
- Desirable: Instructor experience
- Professional experience in vocational training and education
- Experience in coordinating daily tasks for training programs
- Experience in preparing participants for examinations

- Willingness to wear service or protective work clothing as per regulations. Willingness to serve on IHK examination boards. Willingness to be appointed as a safety officer (desirable). Eligibility for civil servant status in North Rhine-Westphalia (age limit for preparatory service: 40 years).
