Job Summary
This role involves leading the preparation and submission of application documents for spatial planning and approval procedures, including securing necessary expert opinions and studies. The manager will guide the approval process, particularly through official consultations and acting as a key contact for relevant authorities. A critical aspect of the role is representing the company's interests to political stakeholders and TenneT on major projects, such as the Elbe-Lübeck line. The position also entails managing complex projects, including tendering, commissioning, and overseeing service providers in the permitting planning sector. Ideal candidates will have a background in surveying, geography, environmental planning, spatial planning, or electrical engineering, coupled with experience in infrastructure project planning and approval. Strong communication skills in German, a proactive team-player attitude, and a high degree of independence are essential.
