Job Summary
This role involves supporting and independently managing the acquisition of service projects, analyzing customer needs, and contributing to the development of new grid-related services. The engineer will be responsible for the realization of service projects, adhering to all phases of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), including product and project controlling. Key tasks also include calculation, proposal generation, and participation in tender procedures. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a background in electrical or energy technology, who enjoys project leadership, customer interaction, and developing innovative service products within a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diplom or Master) in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in project leadership and management
- Initial professional and sales experience
- Experience in the planning and setup of transformer stations
Languages

- Class B driving license required.
