Job Summary

As an EMC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of vehicle systems and components. Your daily tasks will include conducting, supervising, and documenting EMC tests for both internal and external clients. You will perform detailed error analyses, identify root causes, and initiate corrective measures. A key part of your role involves creating comprehensive EMC test reports, advising on and developing EMC test plans, and implementing circuit measures. You will also be expected to present technical information related to EMC, determine and calculate measurement uncertainties, and stay updated on normative requirements. Required Skills

Education

Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Communications Engineering, or comparable vocational training with further qualification as a Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience with EMC measurement software is advantageous
