Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist responsible for providing first and potentially second-level IT support. Day-to-day tasks include handling incoming service requests via phone and in person, classifying and dispatching tickets according to ITIL guidelines, and managing user change requests and incident reports. The specialist will also be involved in the planning and commissioning of security infrastructure systems like firewalls, proxy servers, antivirus, and VPN solutions, as well as the technical operation and maintenance of these systems.
