Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist looking to advance their career within a leading European technology services platform. Day-to-day, you will provide crucial 1st and potentially 2nd level IT support, handling inbound incidents and service requests via phone and in-person. Your responsibilities include classifying and dispatching tickets, managing user change requests, and potentially adjusting infrastructure systems like firewalls, proxy servers, antivirus, and VPN solutions. You will also be involved in the technical operation of systems, coordinating resource allocation and maintenance. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT (Fachinformatik) or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience with PC hardware, communication technology, and current Windows operating systems
  • Desirable experience with ticket and remote tools, ITIL, LAN, WAN, and VPN
  • Ideally, experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
