This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting process control technology on production systems, installing and migrating complex industrial plants and systems, and performing fault analysis and documentation for Microsoft Windows, networks, and process control systems. You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers, representing the company professionally and addressing system-specific questions throughout the product lifecycle. After an initial onboarding period, participation in on-call duty will be required.
