Job Summary
This role is for a proactive and organized student assistant to support the Digital Management team within the LWL's central and HR departments. Day-to-day tasks will involve assisting with research on software products and alternative solutions, preparing for meetings, handling administrative duties like scheduling and taking minutes, and contributing to the creation of newsletters, presentations, and intranet content. The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program, possess strong organizational and analytical skills, and be proficient in MS Office. This part-time, fixed-term position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in digital management within a public institution dedicated to cultural and social welfare.
Required Skills
Education
Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, Business Administration, Digital Business Management, or another relevant field.
Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Remaining study period of at least 12 months
