This role is for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide 1st-3rd line technical support in a multi-site, international environment based in Hechingen, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of IT systems, including computer hardware, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and audio/visual systems. Key responsibilities also include managing support tickets, onboarding new employees, and contributing to global IT projects and process improvements.
