This Senior Engineer role within the HR IT team focuses on optimizing and maintaining critical time tracking and workforce shift management systems for a global financial institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing technical projects to ensure service levels are met, analyzing new requirements in collaboration with HR and other IT departments, and actively participating in development projects to adapt systems to legal and functional requirements. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in IT business and functional analysis, application development, and experience working in an agile environment, contributing to the modernization and digitalization of human resources.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Business Informatics, or comparable training/professional experience (e.g., IT Specialist)

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Business & Functional Analysis
  • Professional experience in application development and/or architecture
  • Professional experience in an agile environment (e.g., Scrum)
  • Experience with SP-Expert, Powershell, Oracle and Java is beneficial
  • Knowledge of HR processes and Workday or other HR systems is beneficial
