Job Summary

As a Senior HR IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in modernizing and digitalizing HR systems, specifically focusing on Compensation & Reward, including Benefits. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing and documenting new requirements in close collaboration with HR and other IT departments, implementing and configuring IT solutions, and coordinating system changes up to managing medium-sized IT projects. You'll also be responsible for providing test support, analyzing and resolving production issues, and obtaining feasibility studies and effort estimates.
