Job Summary

As a Senior HR IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in modernizing and digitalizing HR systems, specifically focusing on Compensation & Reward, including Benefits. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing and documenting new requirements in close collaboration with HR and other IT departments, implementing and configuring IT solutions, and coordinating system changes up to managing medium-sized IT projects. You'll also be responsible for providing test support, analyzing and resolving production issues, and obtaining feasibility studies and effort estimates. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, agile environment within a global financial institution, contributing to the strategic evolution of HR technology.

Required Skills

Education

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration with a specialization in Computer Science, or similar qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT business and functional analysis
  • Experience in creating functional specification documents
  • Experience in leading medium-sized IT projects
  • Previous knowledge of HR processes, preferably in Compensation & Reward or Benefits applications
  • Ability to work in an agile work environment, in virtual teams, and matrix organizations
